Payment Information

Busy parents deserve a quick, worry-free checkout. Here is how payment works, what you can pay with and how we keep things secure.

One Simple Checkout: PayPal

All payments at Tinytwigkids are processed by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to order: PayPal's guest checkout lets you pay by card in a few steps.

Ways to Pay Through PayPal

• Your PayPal balance
• A bank account linked to your PayPal account
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover cards through PayPal guest checkout, with no PayPal account required

Prices, Currency and Taxes

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. See our Shipping Policy for rates, including free shipping on orders over $75.

When We Start on Your Order

We begin processing your order only after your payment has been confirmed. Some payments may go through an additional verification step before they are confirmed.

Keeping Your Payment Details Safe

Our site is served over an encrypted SSL connection, and payments are handled on PayPal's secure checkout. We do not store your full card details.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we reserve the right to cancel, hold or decline any order we suspect may be fraudulent. We may also ask for additional verification before an order is processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing and conditions are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If a Payment Does Not Go Through

1. Double-check the details you entered, such as card number, expiration date and billing address.
2. Make sure your payment method is active and has enough available funds.
